If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, or if the product does not meet your culinary expectations, you may initiate a return or replacement within 7 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery.

Whether you experienced transit damage, a cosmetic defect, or simply changed your mind, our return process is completely hassle-free with zero hidden charges.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a full 100% refund, the return must fulfill the following straightforward criteria:

• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of package delivery.
• The workstation must be in its original, undamaged condition with no heavy gouges or abuse outside of normal inspection.
• All original packaging materials, edge protective corner guards, and the included Acoustic Silicone Grip Mat must be returned together with the board.

3. Free Doorstep Courier Pickup

You do not need to drop off your package at a shipping facility. Once your return request is registered, our courier partner will coordinate a convenient doorstep pickup directly from your delivery address within 24 to 48 hours. Return shipping is 100% free of charge.

4. Instant Replacement for Transit Damage

If your CleanCut™ workstation arrived dented, bent, or visibly compromised in transit by the courier, you are entitled to an immediate priority replacement. Simply contact our concierge with photos of the damaged box or board, and a brand-new workstation unit will be dispatched immediately via priority air express before the original is even picked up.

5. Rapid Refund Disbursement

Once the returned workstation is collected by our courier and verified, your refund is approved and disbursed within 24 hours. The refund amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Shop Pay) within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank's settlement cycle.

6. Quality & Replacement Assurance

Every continuous SUS 304 austenitic stainless steel CleanCut™ workstation undergoes rigorous multi-point metallurgical inspection prior to dispatch. If your board arrives with any surface blemish, warping, manufacturing defect, or transit damage, you are eligible for an immediate doorstep replacement within your 7-day delivery window.
