By accessing our website, browsing our catalog, or purchasing a CleanCut™ culinary workstation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and store regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Product Specifications & Pricing

Every CleanCut™ workstation is crafted from continuous solid SUS 304 (18/8) culinary-grade austenitic stainless steel featuring an integrated 90-degree 20mm countertop lock lip, permanent dual-unit laser-etched pastry scale, and includes a custom acoustic silicone grip mat.

We strive for total accuracy in all descriptions, metallurgical specifications, and imagery. All prices are listed in USD ($49.00 master workstation) and are subject to change without prior notice during promotional events or seasonal campaign windows.

3. Safe Culinary Usage & Knife Care

CleanCut™ workstations are engineered specifically for food preparation, dough kneading, pastry rolling, slicing, and chopping. The satin-brushed steel surface has a lower Rockwell hardness than professional knife steel (HRC 56-62), ensuring knife edge longevity during standard push-cutting and rocking motions.

The board is thermally rated from -40°C to 800°C (-40°F to 1472°F) and may safely double as a scorch-proof hot pan trivet or rapid natural defrosting tray. For heavy cleaver bone chopping, dedicated end-grain wooden blocks should be used to avoid excessive blade shock.

4. 7-Day Easy Return & Doorstep Pickup Rights

In accordance with our 7-Day Easy Return Policy, customers may initiate a return or replacement request within 7 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery.

We provide 100% free doorstep courier collection from your delivery address. To qualify for a full refund, the workstation must be in original condition and include all original packaging materials and the Acoustic Silicone Grip Mat. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within 3 to 5 business days following courier collection.

5. Quality Inspection & Replacement Assurance

All CleanCut™ workstations are manufactured from solid SUS 304 austenitic stainless steel and inspected for structural precision. If you discover any manufacturing defect, surface anomaly, or transit damage upon delivery, notify our team within the 7-day window for an immediate, no-cost doorstep replacement. Misuse, abusive neglect, or intentional post-delivery damage is excluded.

6. Shipping, Dispatch & Tracking

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Transit times typically range from 2 to 4 business days via express priority air couriers. Live tracking information is provided upon courier dispatch and can be viewed via our online tracking portal.

7. Intellectual Property & Atelier Rights

All designs, product blueprints, imagery, brand marks, custom typography, and editorial content on this storefront are the exclusive intellectual property of CleanCut™ and protected under international copyright and trademark conventions.
